Guided Meditation Sessions to Download
In this 19-minute guided meditation on a cold, winter day, I invite listeners to join me to intentionally soften the edges around us and soften our hearts. Sometimes when we feel stressed, burdened, tight, and even hard, we can use our breath and energy to soften the coldness and darkness that might have come to us - even if through necessity. Let’s relax our shoulders, lighten up our spirits, and remember love.
In this 19 minute guided talk and walk, I share with listeners my own journey of facing devastating news and inviting them to join me to walk with the trees and squirrels and birds as a path toward metabolizing heavy and harmful energy. When our mind or nervous system tells us to freeze, sometimes a slow walk is just what we need to metabolize and clear undesired energy and inviting in light and love.
In this 9 minute guided session, I invite listeners to ride in the car with me, contemplating how riding in the car can prompt us to lose our grounding, lose our mindfulness, even cause harm. Let’s be mindful and present together as we hop in these machines that carry us from place to place every day.
In this 10-minute guided morning walk, I invite listeners to journey with me into the woods to heighten our awareness and attention to the feelings, sounds, and sights around us. Join me to practice some mindfulness and bring yourself into the present moment with gratitude.
In this 19 minute guided session, I invite listeners to consider the role that angry energy is playing in their minds, bodies, spirits, and relationships. At this time it seems that politics are fueling a lot of anger, but the negative energy of anger is likely hurting all of us. Contemplating the challenging times we are in, and rethinking if and how we want anger to overcome us, this guided session offers paths of lightness and goodness.
In this 21 minute guided session, I invite listeners to join me by a stream and consider what it means to turn inward for quiet and stillness in the middle of a lot of chaos or turmoil around us. Turning inward, connecting with Earth, and remembering to breath as a way to connect with our inner spirit can bring healing and hope back to us just when we need it most.
In this 8-minute guided meditation, listeners will have the privilege of hearing an owl alongside millions of dusk-time critters making their music. In this meditation, we practice saying thank you to the parts of life that are filled with magic as well as those that don’t always feel very magical.
In this 20-minute guided breathing meditation, I support listeners to be more gentle with themselves when it feels like “it’s hard to get there,” to that place where you can finally take a full breath and your mind finally clears. This guided meditation helps your body/mind/spirit and nervous system begin to create a pathway to “get there,” where you finally feel like deep relaxation is possible.
In this 20-minute guided breathing and meditating exercise, I support listeners to tend to their breath and bringing meditative practices into our every day activities. A focus of this meditation is to clear and rebalance our energy so we can bring goodness to the world.
In this 15-minute guided walking meditation, I invite listeners to walk along with me in their chosen place and integrate breathwork, mindfulness, and gratitude for the life-giving breath that flows through us and connects us to all other beings.
In this 21 minute walking meditation I created just for myself, I invite others to join me to find a way to really walk slowly during a fast-paced life. Walk alongside me to feel the earth beneath your feet, or listen along and join me in your mind’s eye as you find a way to stillness and gratitude.
In this 13-minute walking meditation, listeners will hear the trickle of a stream and the songs of birds as I guide them to physically slow down their bodies as a way to activate the parasympathetic nervous system. Slow down with me on this amazing walking meditation in the woods.
